Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive technique that helps support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology is a unique method of using thumb and finger pressure on the reflex areas in the feet, hands, or ears. This relieves stress and tension throughout the body, provides relaxation, assists in pain management, aids in detoxifying the body, improves circulation and helps the body to achieve balance.

60 minute session: Includes an intake and a full foot reflexology session to target all systems of the body and sequences to target specific systems or areas of the body you feel may be out of balance or need support.

30 minute session: For those that have never had reflexology, are wanting to try it out or are curious. Also, for those with limited time and just want a short session.

In-home or in facility visits also available.

Events- Are you planning a bridal shower, office meeting, wellness day, staff appreciation day, teacher appreciation day, family gathering, girls night?    I will come to your event and provide 15-20 minute mini reflexology sessions. Call me for pricing and to schedule your event!
